§ 6-10. Compliance with city ordinance provisions prerequisite to issuance.

No license shall be issued to any applicant therefor until such applicant has complied with all of the provisions of the ordinances of the city pertaining to the business for which application for the license is made, nor shall any license be issued where the approval of any officer of the city is required prior to issuance thereof until such approval is made. This section shall not be applicable to an applicant who is renewing a then current business license and has not changed ownership, location or business operation for such previously licensed business.
