Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 4-6. Feeding pigeons and seagulls.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to feed pigeons or seagulls in any manner; except for pigeons kept in cages at all times.
(b)
Restaurant owners must place notice of this section on the exterior of their structures.
(c)
A person who violates this section shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction and fined as prescribed in section 1-18 of this Code.
