§ 2-290. Creation; function.

There is hereby created a 24th judicial district court advisory commission of the cities of Allen Park and Melvindale, whose functions shall be to advise and assist the district court judges, mayors and city councils in the provisions of court services for the cities of Allen Park and Melvindale. The advisory commission shall consist of five members. Three members shall be appointed by the City of Allen Park. Two members shall represent the City of Melvindale; to wit: the chief of police and the city controller.
