§ 13-75. Workmanship.

  • All repairs shall be done in a workmanlike manner, and shall comply with the following:

    (1)

    All exterior paint shall be without peeling, bubbling, unconforming patch work, and disrepair.

    (2)

    All exterior paneling, siding, skirting, vinyl, aluminum or wood work shall be securely fastened to the dwelling unit and without any obvious signs of tampering or disrepair.

    (3)

    All windows shall be permanent in nature, intact and properly sealed to prevent water and rodents, and with no signs of breakage, plastic, or temporary repair for a period longer than 14 days. All working windows are required to have insect screens in good repair.

    (4)

    All repair shall be done in a manner that conforms with all sections of this ordinance.

    (5)

    Duct tape, plastic sheeting, sheet shrink wrap or any other materials of a similar nature shall not be placed on windows or the exterior of the mobile home.
